The indoor and outdoor facilities at the Fairgrounds in Berea, Ohio are
available for rental throughout most of the year. Keep us in mind for
your Trade Fair, Craft Show or Festival. Our Fairgrounds are centrally
located , within one mile of Interstate 71, and within two miles of the
Ohio Turnpike. The land area consists of 117 acres with Indoor exhibit
space totaling 50,000 sq. ft. Parking is available for 7,500 vehicles.

any of the above rates, when in the opinion of the Cuyahoga County
Agricultural Society, the scheduled events will place an extra amount of
wear and tear on the Fairgrounds property. A Surcharge May Be Applied.
Notice: If lessee charges for parking, lessor will levy a parking
privilege fee on an arrangement made basis.
Notice: Lessee may not take admissions at gate or lock gates without
permission of lessor.
